Please Read Carefully – This Policy Is Legally Binding

We strive to provide transparency and fairness in every order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Estimates & Accuracy

  • Shipping rates quoted at checkout (domestic and international) are estimates and not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
  • If a quote is incorrect due to system error, typo, or accident, we will notify you and request payment for the difference.
  • Orders will not ship until corrected shipping is paid in full.
  • For made-to-order or custom items without calculated shipping at checkout, the correct cost will be sent to you after the order is placed.
  • Customers will have 5 business days from notice to submit final shipping payment.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are subject to a standard 7-business-day processing time before shipment.
  • This does not include shipping time or weekends/holidays.
  • Please allow extra time for international orders and orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or other U.S. territories.

↩️ Standard Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 10 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original reusable packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • A 35% restocking fee applies to custom parts, including:
    • Leveling kits
    • Lift/lowering kits
    • Custom suspension components

️ Made-to-Order Items

  • Items such as Chevy C10 IFS kits, backhalf kits, and C-notches are made to order and not returnable unless approved.
  • If approved, returns are subject to a 50% surcharge.
  • Ensure accuracy before ordering — these are not stocked items.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  • All returns require an RMA issued by Andrew or Dominic.
  • Returns without an RMA will be refused and no refund will be issued.
  • Request an RMA by emailing sales@amsuspension.com.

Financed Orders

  • All financed orders are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions:
    • Item lost in transit (with proof)
    • Defective item reported within 48 hours of delivery (photo evidence required)

⚖️ Chargebacks & Fraud Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in legal action. We pursue fraudulent cases to the fullest extent of the law, including civil recovery and criminal prosecution.

  • Investigations may result in reporting to credit bureaus and collections.
  • Legal fees and losses will be pursued in California courts.

California Penal & Civil Codes

  • Penal Code § 484(a) – Theft by false pretenses
  • Penal Code § 532(a) – Fraudulent acquisition of goods or services
  • Penal Code § 496(a) – Possession of stolen property
  • Civil Code § 1747.02 & § 1748.1 – Credit card and refund regulations
